Armsoft and Relaxx companies signed a contract of AS-Sales Management 7 system implementation in August 2017.

   Relaxx company was founded in 2017. The company produces and sells roasted sunflower seeds in Armenia.

   AS-Sales Management 7 system enables to focus on company key customers, analyze all sales, estimate customers’ future demands and plan activities accordingly.

   The system will enable Relaxx company to:

• Develop sales agents’ daily routes according to shops
• Register orders from shops and transfer them online to the office
• Organize and document sales, delivery and payments
• Use the system’s flexible capabilities to form discount schemes according to the types of products, shops and pricelists
• Supervise customers’ debts and their permissible limits
• Make mutual data exchange with the office
• Receive analytical reports according to shops, registration and fulfillment of orders, visits, sales and deliveries
• Supervise agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via GPS
