Armsoft and Transgaz companies signed a contract of implementing Human Resources subsystem of AS-Enterprise system in Saptember 2017.

   Transgaz Company uses AS-Enterprise system since 2008. Multi-branch versions of Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory Holdings and Payroll subsystems are already implemented in the company.

   Implementation of the new subsystem and its integration with AS-Enterprise system will enable to automate company’s internal human resources processes.

   Human Resources subsystem will enable Transgaz Company to:

• Manage employee data
• Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
• Create and run company positions list
• Track and save employees work history
• Create employees vacation schedule
• Keep the confidentiality of human recourses data
• Receive human resources reports
