Armsoft and Flash Motors companies signed a contract of AS-Sales Management system implementation in October 2017.

   Flash Motors  has modern equipments, best specialists and  several stations in the Republic of Armenia and suggests a  list  of car services. Besides this, the company does retail and wholesale trade of auto spare parts: tires, batteries, imported directly from the manufacturer.

   Flash Motors has a wide net of sales points in Armenia that includes 9 shops in Erevan and 3 shops in regions: Shirak, Kotayq and Armavir.

   AS-Sales Management 7 system enables to focus on company key customers, analyze all sales, estimate customers’ future demands and plan activities accordingly.

   The system will enable Flash Motors company to:

• Develop sales agents’ daily routes according to shops
• Register orders from shops and transfer them online to the office
• Organize and document sales, delivery and payments
• Use the system’s flexible capabilities to form discount schemes according to the types of products, shops and pricelists
• Supervise customers’ debts and their permissible limits
• Make mutual data exchange with the office
• Receive analytical reports according to shops, registration and fulfillment of orders, visits, sales and deliveries
• Supervise agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via GPS
