Contract with Inecobank

   Armsoft and Inecobank companies signed a contract of implementing Payroll and Human Resources subsystems of AS-Enterprise system in October 2017.

   Inecobank uses AS-Enterprise system since 2016. Fixed Assets, Inventory Holdings and Vehicle Management subsystems are already implemented in the company.

   Implementation of the new subsystems will enable the company to receive various analytical reports. The system is based on common database, which will enable to provide interconnected work of different subdivisions and accelerate business processes.

  Payroll and Human Resources subsystems will enable Inecobank to:

  • Manage employee data
  • Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
  • Create and run company positions list
  • Track and save employees work history
  • Create employees vacation schedule
  • Keep the confidentiality of human recourses data
  • Receive human resources reports
