After acquiring AS-Shop system we offer complex services from training to current support service and provide updates to help them use the system at most. During many years’ work experience with customers we have developed different ways of support:
  • Trainings in fully-equipped AS training center
  • Remote support via internet by directly connecting to client’s computer
  • Development of system new functional opportunities
  • Presentation of new versions
  • Constantly added articles in AS customer support portal knowledge base
  • System implementation and consultation by partners.

AS-Shop system support service working days and hours are:
Monday-Friday from 9:00-19:00
Saturday from 11:00-16:00
