Armsoft and Evolution Studio AM companies signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system implementation. The following subsystems of AS-Enterprise system will be implemented:

• Accounting
• Inventory Holdings
• Fixed Assets

   Evolution Studio AM company uses AS-Enterprise system since 2021. Payroll and Human Resources subsystems are already implemented in the company.

   Implementation of the new subsystem and its integration with AS-Enterprise system will enable to automate company’s internal processes.

   AS-Enterprise system will enable Evolution Studio AM company to:

• Accounting of inventory holdings in warehouses
• Revaluation of inventory holdings, accounting of additional expenses, supplies inventory.
• Material values on deposit
• Implementation of wholesale trade
• Implementation of retail trade
• Record all fixed assets transactions – from acquisition to writing off
• Re-evaluate and inventory fixed assets
• Track major overhauls and repairs
• Keep financial and tax accounting according to international standards
• Make multilateral financial analysis
• Receive financial and tax reports
• Modify reports and printing forms
• Control contractual obligations, debtor and creditor debts, analyze overdue debts
• Get full audit of transactions
