Armsoft and Ayb Learning Hub companies signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system implementation. The following subsystems of AS-Enterprise system will be implemented:
- Accounting
- Fixed Assets
- Inventory Holdings
- Payroll
- Human Resourses
Ayb Learning Hub is one of Ayb’s core and large-scale projects. It’s the first school campus in Armenia, each element of which is education-related and helps shape a generation of educated, competitive and virtuous young people. Ayb Learning Hub is a platform where pedagogy, science, art, business and other areas come together.
AS-Enterprise system will enable Ayb Learning Hub to:
- Manage employee data
- Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
- Receive internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
- Keep financial and tax accounting according to international standards
- Make multilateral financial analysis
- Receive financial and tax reports
- Modify reports and printing forms
- Control contractual obligations, debtor and creditor debts, analyze overdue debts
- Get full audit of transactions
- Recording and tracking students’ tuitions
