- Mid+ / Senior level - either deep C# / .NET or strong iOS/Android experience (native, MAUI, Flutter, React Native), and ready to work with MAUI.

Mid .NET Developer

- At least 3 years of professional experience with C# and .NET.
- Ability to independently deliver medium-complexity functionality with limited supervision.
- Good knowledge of C#, OOP, SOLID principles, dependency injection, LINQ, generics, and async/await.
- Practical experience with modern .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, validation, error handling, API versioning, and backward compatibility.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, secure coding, and core OWASP principles.
- Experience integrating with external services and handling timeouts, retries, and invalid responses.
- Strong SQL Server knowledge, including joins, stored procedures, transactions, indexes, execution plans, blocking, and deadlocks.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests and designing testable code.
- Ability to investigate production issues using logs, stack traces, trace IDs, and database information.
- Experience with Git, branching, pull requests, merge conflicts, and code reviews.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD processes.
- Ability to understand and safely modify existing or legacy codebases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Relevant higher education or equivalent practical experience.
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants or a good understanding of their use.
- Ability to write clear prompts and provide sufficient technical context.
- Ability to validate AI-generated code, SQL queries, tests, and technical explanations.
- Ability to identify incorrect, incomplete, insecure, or unsuitable AI-generated suggestions.
- Awareness of confidentiality, data leakage, security, and intellectual-property risks.

- Understanding of distributed systems, caching, asynchronous processing, and transaction boundaries.
