Job responsibilities	- Providing daily customer support (phone calls, e-mails, visits) - Providing customer support that ensures the effective performance of AS-Bank system - Collecting, analyzing, and managing client business requirements, proposing optimal solutions - Active participation in the development process as a business analyst - Developing user guides and advisements - Managing official correspondence - Participation in the implementation of the AS-Bank system - Organizing presentations for existing and potential customers
