On October 29th, 2014 implementation of AS-Bank system was completed in HSBC Bank Armenia. The following subsystems have been implemented:

• Customer management
• Placed loans
• Placed deposits
• Attracted deposits and credits
• Pledges, guarantees (received and provided)
• Receivables
• OLAP and reports

Implementation lasted about twenty months. This is an unprecedented project in Armenia – integrating two major banking systems. Some of the business-processes of the bank are carried out in their own system and some – in AS-Bank system. Other, more complex processes use both systems – the process starts in one system and proceeds in the other. This provides the bank with a complete management solution, meeting both the requirements of Armenian legislation and the bank’s superior which is an international group.
