CRM system implementation contract with Armswissbank

In June 2014 Armenian Software and Armswissbank signed a contract. According to the contract Customer relationship management - CRM system will be implemented.

Comprehensive and integrated data environment and numerous powerful tools of CRM system will enable to significantly improve customer service. Large capabilities to develop and implement marketing campaigns, track their results and evaluate the effectiveness will help to attract new customers.

Close integration of CRM system with AS-Bank will provide complete view of customer data, will help quickly respond to their needs and avoid double entries and errors.

CRM system will enable to automate internal processes of the Bank, system analytic capabilities will provide complete insight into company, will enable to receive various analysis and reports and streamline business management.
