In December 2014 Armsoft and American Bar Association Representative Armenian Office of CEELI Inc. signed a contract according to which Armsoft will implement workflow management system in the Office of Public Defender of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia.

The system will enable to increase work efficiency and transparency of Chamber of Advocates, supervise work processes and easily get required reports.

The following main functionality was developed and will be implemented in the Chamber of Advocates:

• Management of citizen’s requests and decisions of bodies conducting the criminal proceedings (registration, editing, classification, attaching to public defendants)
• Supervision of works processes and schedules
• Reports
