In March 2016 Armsoft and Gazprom Armenia companies signed a contract of implementing Internal Orders subsystem of AS-Enterprise system.

   Gazprom Armenia uses AS-Enterprise system since 2007. Multi-branch versions of Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll and Human Resources subsystems are already implemented in the company.

   Implementation of Internal Orders subsystem and its integration with AS-Enterprise system will enable to automate company’s internal processes.

   AS-Enterprise system’s Internal Orders subsystem will enable to:

• Analyze warehouse’s and manufactory’s demand towards goods, finished products and raw materials
• Analyze company’s internal subdivisions’ demand for inventory holdings
• Create internal orders
• Plan procurement based on internal orders
• Plan procurement taking into account forecasted amount of warehouse supplies and existence of inventory holdings in warehouses
