Contract with Armenian Copper Programme company

   Armsoft and Armenian Copper Programme companies signed a contract of implementing Orders subsystem of AS-Enterprise system in November 2016.

   Armenian Copper Programme uses AS-Enterprise system since 2010. Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Cost Calculation, Payroll and Human Resources subsystems are already implemented in the company.

   Implementation of Orders subsystem and its integration with AS-Enterprise system will enable to automate company’s internal processes

   AS-Enterprise system’s Orders subsystem will enable to:

  • Analyze warehouse’s and manufactory’s demand towards goods, finished products and raw materials
  • Analyse company’s internal subdivisions’ demand for inventory holdings
  • Create internal orders
  • Plan procurement based on internal orders
  • Plan procurement taking into account forecasted amount of warehouse supplies and existence of inventory holdings in warehouses
  • Create orders to suppliers and track shipments
  • Make optimal choice of suppliers based on purchase history, order fulfillment duration, location and other indicators
  • Create shipping and payment schedules
