In July, 2015 ArmSoft and Onira Club componies signed a contract of AS-Enterprise Payroll and Human Resources subsystems’ implementation.

     Implementation of subsystems will enable to automate payroll calculation, human resources internal processes and receiving reports.

     AS-Enterprise Payroll and Human Recourses subsystems provide the following main functions:

• Employee data management
• Wage calculation and calculation of taxes withheld from wages
• Receiving internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
• Personnel orders management (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and changing transfer orders
• Creating and running company positions list
• Tracking employees work history
• Creating employees vacation schedules
• Confidentiality of human resources data
• Automation of human resources reports
