Armsoft and Optym Armenia companies signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system impementation in April 2018. The following subsystems of AS-Enterprise system will be implemented:

• Fixed Assets
• Payroll
• Human Resources

    Optym Company specializes in optimization algorithms and decision-making systems in transport networks. Optym carries out its activity through four offices in the United States, Armenia, India and Australia. Optym Armenia is the second largest in the world.

    Implementation of AS-Enterprise system will enable the company to receive various analytical reports. The system is based on common database, which will enable to provide interconnected work of different subdivisions and accelerate business processes.

    AS-Enterprise system will enable Optym Company to:

• Receive internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
• Keep financial and tax accounting according to international standards
• Make multilateral financial analysis
• Receive financial and tax reports
• Modify reports and printing forms
• Control contractual obligations, debtor and creditor debts, analyze overdue debts
