Armsoft and City Central companies signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system impementation in April 2019. The following subsystems of AS-Enterprise system will be implemented:

• Accounting
• Fixed Assets
• Inventory Holdings
• Payroll

   Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan located in the center of Yerevan on Buzand street. Total area app. 12000 sqm, including underground car parking, restaurants, meeting and conference rooms, commercial spaces, etc.

With around 870 hotels in over 60 countries, Ramada by Wyndham is one of the most recognised hotel brands in the world. Ramada by Wyndham has a strong presence all across Europe, from the UK, Germany, Portugal, Belgium and Italy, to Greece, Russia and many more.

   The hotel will be managed by hospitality management expert, City Central under a franchised agreement.

   Implementation of AS-Enterprise system will enable the company to receive various analytical reports. The system is based on common database, which will enable to provide interconnected work of different subdivisions and accelerate business processes.

   AS-Enterprise system will enable City Central Company to:

• Manage employee data
• Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
• Receive internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
• Keep financial and tax accounting according to international standards
• Make multilateral financial analysis
• Receive financial and tax reports
• Modify reports and printing forms
• Control contractual obligations, debtor and creditor debts, analyze overdue debts
• Get full audit of transactions
