Contract with Imex Group Company

   Armsoft and Imex Group companies signed a contract of implementing AS-Enterprise system’s Payroll and Human Resources subsystems in November 2019.

   Imex Group Company uses AS-Enterprise system since 2014. Multi-branch versions of Accounting, Fixed Assets and Inventory Holdings subsystems are already implemented in the company.

   Implementation of the new subsystem and its integration with AS-Enterprise system will enable to automate company’s internal processes.

   Payroll and Human Resources subsystems will enable Imex Group to:

  • Manage employee data
  • Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
  • Create and run company positions list
  • Track and save employees work history
  • Create employees vacation schedule
  • Keep the confidentiality of human recourses data
  • Receive human resources reports
