Armsoft and Norman Credit companies signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system’s Payroll and Human Resources subsystem’s implementation.

   Norman Credit organization is a closed joint-stock company, which has been operating since 2018. The goal of the organization is to be one of the leading financial companies in Armenia in terms of accessibility of customer financing.

   Payroll and Human Resources subsystems will enable Norman Credit company to:

• Manage employee data
• Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
• Create and run company positions list
• Track and save employees work history
• Create employees vacation schedule
• Keep the confidentiality of human recourses data
• Receive human resources reports
