Contract with Sofad company

In March 2014 Armenian Software and Sofad companies signed a contract. According to the contract AS-Sales Management system will be implemented in Sofad Company.

Sales Management enables to focus on company key customers, analyze all sales, estimate customers’ future demands and plan company’s future activities based on them.

Sales Management system provides the following main functions:

  • Development of sales agent daily routines according to points of sales
  • Registering orders from points of sales and their online transfer to the office
  • Organization and documentation of sales, delivery and payment
  • Flexible description of discounts according to the type of products, point of sales and pricelists
  • Supervision of customers’ debts and their permissible limits
  • Mutual data exchange with the office
  • Receiving analytical reports according to points of sale, registered and fulfilled orders, visits, sales and deliveries
  • Supervision of agents’ actual and planned visits on the map via global positioning system (GPS).
