New FATCA module has been added to AS-Bank system which enables banks to easily implement the following processes required by FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act):

• Automatic revelation and study of US Persons for both current and new customers
• Classification of US Persons according to FATCA requirements
• Revelation and classification of legal entities, their authorized persons and owners
• Tracking required data about customers classified by FACTA requirements, filling out documents and their multi-level confirmations
• Receiving reports by classes and other criteria for appropriate customers and analysing them
• Receiving reports in formats set by US Internal Revenue Service
