Armsoft and Varks AM companies signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system’s Payroll and Human Resources subsystem’s implementation in October 2018.

  Varks AM is an Armenian financial company which provides  short-term loans. The company has a branch network, which makes the company services available to the residents of Yerevan and other regions of Armenia. Varks AM's main goal is to help customers who have unforeseen financial problems. Normally, getting a loan is a long and complicated procedure, but Varks AM has a simple loan application procedure. No justification for revenue, guarantor or pledge. Branches can provide cash in just a few minutes.

   Payroll and Human Resources subsystems will enable Varks AM to:

• Manage employee data
• Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
• Create and run company positions list
• Track and save employees work history
• Create employees vacation schedule
• Keep the confidentiality of human recourses data
• Receive human resources reports
