Armsoft and Central depository of Armenia companies signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system implementation in June 2019. The following subsystems of AS-Enterprise system will be implemented:

• Accounting
• Fixed Assets
• Payroll
• Human Resourses   

      AMX Stock Exchange is the only stock exchange in Armenia, which owns 100% of shares of the Central Depository of Armenia. The company has been supporting investors for more than 20 years and protecting their shareholder rights by providing a fully automated e-commerce platform and services based on best international experience. Today, instruments traded on the stock exchange include stocks, corporate and Government bonds, currency, credit resources, as well as  REPO (repurchase agreements) and SWAP. Since its inception in 1996, CDA provides shareholders register keeping services to joint stock companies, as well as securities account opening and maintenance services to corporate and individual customers. Nowadays, the Depository is the custodian of the funded pension assets and registrar of the participants.

   Implementation of AS-Enterprise system will enable the company to receive various analytical reports. The system is based on common database, which will enable to provide interconnected work of different subdivisions and accelerate business processes.   

   AS-Enterprise system will enable Central depository of Armenia Company to:

• Manage employee data
• Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
• Receive internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
• Keep financial and tax accounting according to international standards
• Make multilateral financial analysis
• Receive financial and tax reports
• Modify reports and printing forms
• Control contractual obligations, debtor and creditor debts, analyze overdue debts
• Get full audit of transactions
