Contract with Transgaz Company

   Armsoft and Transgaz companies signed a contract of implementing AS-Enterprise system's Internal Orders subsystem in May 2020.

   Transgaz Company uses AS-Enterprise system since 2008. Multi-branch versions of Accounting, Fixed Assets, Inventory Holdings, Vehicle Management, Payroll and Human Resources subsystems are already implemented in the company.

   Implementation of the new subsystem and its integration with AS-Enterprise system will enable to automate company’s internal processes.

   Internal Orders subsystem will enable Transgaz company to:

  • Analyze warehouse’s and manufactory’s demand towards goods, finished products and raw materials
  • Analyze company’s internal subdivisions’ demand for inventory holdings
  • Create internal orders
  • Plan procurement based on internal orders
  • Plan procurement taking into account forecasted amount of warehouse supplies and existence of inventory holdings in warehouses
