Armsoft and Simonyan educational foundation (Tumo) signed a contract of AS-Enterprise system implementation in November 2020. The following subsystems of AS-Enterprise system multi-branch version will be implemented:

• Accounting
• Fixed Assets
• Inventory Holdings
• Orders
• Payroll
• Human Resourses

   Tumo is an educational center for creative technologies, where can study all teenagers aged 12-18 who are interested in information technologies and art. The educational program consists of self-study exercises, courses and workshops in 14 main areas. Teenagers combine all this by moving on a personal Tumo path that is updated according to their changing interests and promotion.

   Tumo opened in Yerevan in 2011, just a few years later the centers of Gyumri, Dilijan and Stepanakert opened their doors, and Tumo boxes will soon be launched in Berd and Gavar to make the best education available to young people living in every corner of Armenia. Outside of Armenia, there are already 4 international centers in Paris, Beirut, Berlin and Tirana.

   AS-Enterprise system will enable AS-Enterprise system will enable Simonian educational foundation to:

• Manage employee data
• Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
• Receive internal and tax reports about wages and calculated taxes
• Keep financial and tax accounting according to international standards
• Make multilateral financial analysis
• Receive financial and tax reports
• Modify reports and printing forms
• Control contractual obligations, debtor and creditor debts, analyze overdue debts
• Get full audit of transactions
