Armsoft and Road Department companies signed a contract of implementing AS-Enterprise system’s Human Resources subsystem in February 2021.

   Road Department Company uses AS-Enterprise system since 2016. Multi-branch versions of Accounting, Fixed Assets and Payroll subsystems are already implemented in the company.

    Implementation of the new subsystem and its integration with AS-Enterprise system will enable to automate company’s internal.

   Human Resources subsystem will enable Road Department to:

• Manage employee data
• Manage personnel orders (hire, dismiss, transfer orders, etc.) and change the financial orders
• Create and run company positions list
• Track and save employees work history
• Create employees vacation schedule
• Keep the confidentiality of human recourses data
• Receive human resources reports
